Extremly Bad service

On the 14th My Wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and she was suppose to be discharged on the day but she was not. We were there to take her home only to be told to come today. We were only given the reason to return today is that the nurse who was suppose to admister the BCG on the child was already off after spending hours and hours without service. Today still we are waiting. We do not stay in Germiston and we spend money and time to be at the hospital. Please look into this bad service. Thank you.
