Chaos

Worst service ever 3 December 2024! Patients fight due to que being jumped, no control from staff members allowing jumping the que. All Word staff members knows is "sit!" Very rude staff at reception and at doctors waiting area. Staff needs to be disciplined!! Chaos!!
