Bertha Ngxowa hospital failed my baby

I was very sick on Monday morning around 3h00 called the ambulance went to the hospital.and at my arrival I found the doctor by the door they took my vitals and urine and they told me I'm pregnant and that I was not sick.even though I had disclosed to them at my arrival that I was pregnant but the blatantly refused to even open a file for me and told me I must drink water and take panado.even after telling them I had severe headache and I was visible weak couldn't even stand they simple dismissed me.I had to go back just the way I came following day I was back to hospital same problem they simple told me they can not help me unless I was covered in blood cause in pregnant and not sick even after I explained my symptoms they refused to look beyond my pregnancy and help me.I was turned back exactly the way I was.third time I started bleeding and went back only to be discovered that I had a kidney infection..I had never felt so helpless in my life it took me losing my baby for me to be treated in this hospital.I still can not understand how did they miss kidney infection in my urine.what the point of taking our urine test if they are useless.how can a doctor fail to diagnose a person.what hurt most is the fact that my miscarriage could have been prevented if only bertha ngxowa staff were willing to help but unfortunately they were just *********** and could not think.it just makes you wonder how many other people who faces same ordeal like me under the care of this so called doctor's who can't even read a urine test
