Bertha Gxowa hospital abusing patients

I came the women’s clinic for the second time today and the reception and nurses here were as rude to me today as they were the first time. Their treatment towards patients is bull****, I’m not expecting them to crawl up my ass but they need to be taught how to work with people and just work in general. They treat people like ******* here. I refuse to be treated like *******, I’m human and demand to be treated as such. I hope this complaint finds its way to management and something is done
