Bad treatment on a patient.
My aunt Pualine Sebeko, was admitted in hospital on the 12th of July for sickness, after she was admitted she then developed a sore on her back which was caused by their NEGLIGENTS , when we complained we then asked to speak to the head of the ward, which gave us attitude with the Doctor (saying they have no funds & they will then do a transfer report) who was on duty saying that they never saw the sore and one would wonder how they check up on patients if this was not picked up when it started.

We then called the hospital to log a complaint, as we were directed to speak to Sister Simon or Mr Gumbi, Mrs Mo***eng, with no luck of either of them answering their phones as we held on for over 30minutes from switchboard.

We the called the Provincial line on the 19th, which we the logged that complain & given a reference number & assured that the matter will be treating as URGENT as my aunt's sore is getting worse each day.

Up to this day, we have not heard anything in this regard, let alone even a call to say yes they are aware of the complaint , maybe some is working on it. NOTHING AT ALL. We are very disappointed & disgusted, by all this more especially in a health Facility.
