Abusive language used.

The emergency department is the worst. The stuff and don't know how to manage their time. You get patients that have been the since 1 still waiting to see a doctor.

The pile files according to emergencies , that we understand, but my father had been tested for prostate cancer and the results came back negative. Down the line the same thing came back Blood when he urinate. The is a record of it in the file. On 16 June, on a Sunday the sharp pain came back and he couldn't bare it. The hospital wasn't busy as it normally was. The doctors dragged their feet, while the rude security called him stupid while he was in pain.

The sad part is the fact that they know that you have no where else to go, so you endure the verbal abuse.
