A waiting hell

I cant rate you in a percentage. You have no urgency in you the CEO of this hospital has no clue what is happening on the floor. Rude staff. Don't care attitude . Again rude security . We have been here since 1pm it's now 22h53 still no help my grand child is 1year 3months . I will never rate you good I have seen useless you take the cake. Imagine sit in a car for over 8 hours and all you can to is to be rude . The department of health Again is not gona do or say anything they don't owe anyone anything You know why no one is being held accountable I am.not surprised by this behavior.
