Unprofessional

I am try to get my new property as soon as possible and you would expect that, what may delay this process is government officials as normal but unfortunately for me it is the lawyers which have been delaying the process and the worst part is that they were recommended by the estate agency Reeflords and as i have learnt they also are unprofessional as they have not made any effort to contact me with in a week to sort out the documentation which i must sign and yet im paying 21000 for there service.
