It’s how you finish … hypocrites

I have received the worst service ever by Lynne, she continuously spoke over me when I was trying to ask questions and then when I asked her to not do so she was childish enough to then stay completely silent. I already sent her a mail this morning and phoned twice for her and then she tells me she is waiting for feedback on it as she has requested information from another party. Then when I confronted her about not replying to my email or phoning back. She said she was too busy to do it and she only saw her emails now, which is contradicting the information she gave me earlier in the call. She has already sent an email to a third party, but couldn’t take a few seconds to let me know what’s going on. Not to mention she was totally oblivious to anything when she just answered the phone. I could swear I was talking to McDonalds, cause she didn’t know what she was talking about. I can’t believe she is in your business.
