BertSmith made my 1st time buying property a really bad experience, beside not keeping me updated on the progress and constant delays. After signing all the necessary documents on the 30th of September, and on the 20th of November my bond is still not registered and bear in mind that i have given notice on my lease for the 25 of November a date which i ran with them before oi placed my notice to terminate my lease, come this weekend i'll be homeless
