BerryZap FB - **** !

I joined a group on FB called BerryZap - they sell jewellery, clothing, wigs amongst other things. On 27 March, I ordered from them - Geraldene was the contact person. I made a payment the same day and the Site advertises 1 week delivery. I have not received my parcel and keep getting excuses when I query my order. Once I got asked what I ordered (that was 2 weeks later). Then she said she refunded me as she thought that is what I wanted (no money in my account). I said no. Then asked where I am located 'now'. Then she was going to DHL it. Then she goes to the Post Office everyday, but they give her the same reply. Then she tracked it and it's been there a week and a half. Then when she goes to the Post Office they laugh and refuse to help her. Now there's a new Agent. All negative comments get removed from their Site and they keep posting new stuff. **** !!!!
