Charging for Parts NOT replaced

Good Morning , I write to you as I have been extremely disappointed & shocked regarding my experience at Berry's Pmb on 14/12/2015 .<br> I have called Titche to get a price to do a blade change on my mower . The price I got was R 25 per blade x 3 = R 75.00 + Labour of R 120 . Total R 195 .<br> <br> I then took my lawnmower in and collected it about 15H30 . Upon collection I was asked to pay R 240 when I asked why I was told the nut & bolt was also changed . Which is perfectly acceptable .<br> I paid & the mower was loaded in my vehicle . Upon offloading I noticed the nuts & bolts were in fact NOT changed , the old ones were used and I was ****** . I don't believe this is how Berry s make their living .
