Disgusting service from Derrick ROOI at BERRY RED CREATIONS PHOTOGRAPHY

Absolutely disgusting service from Derrick at Berry Red creations. They offer a school photography service. We booked way in advance then the day before we called to confirm and he says he double booked and will send his son who BTW he failed to mention was just started. He arrived and was soooo disorganized and unprofessional. We had to tell him what to do and how to shoot. No interest in taking the kids photos. The most saddest person I've ever come across.

Then he wanted to take our money and not give us a receipt so we said no. Because we want proof that you took our cash.

2months later we can't get hold of the business. On all numbers advertised. Smses sent and they don't respond Yes if you busy at the moment respond later but then they never even though we can see they permanently online.

Frustrating as parents want to know when they getting photos. End of term arrives. No photos. Eventually they answer and want to give us an excuse oh his son is just starting and doesn't have money or car. NOT MY PROBLEM YOU RUN A BUSINESS AND I'M PAYING. IT'S NOT FOR FREE. THEN DERRICK THE OWNER WANTS TO GIVE ME ATTITUDE BECAUSE I'VE NOW HAD IT WITH NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.

TELLS ME HE WORKS SO MANY HOURS SO MANY DAYS A WEEK - THEN DON'T BE GREEDY FOR MONEY AND TAKE ON BUSINESS.

THEY BROUGHT THE ORDER EVENTUALLY AFTER ALL OUR HOUNDING THEN FORGOT ONE CHILDS PHOTOS. WE WERE PROMISED THESE BEFORE END OF TERM.... THEN FIRST WEEK OF HOLIDAYS...ITS NOW SECOND WEEK I'VE ASKED AND MESSAGED. NO RESPONSE. WE HAVE TOLD THE CHILD'S PARENTS THAT THEY SAID THEY WILL DELIVER IN LAST WEEK AS WE WERE TOLD... NOTHING, NADA NO RESPONSE.

AND HE TELLS ME HE HAS DONE SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR 30 YEARS... REALLY AND THIS IS THE **** SERVICE YOU GIVE TO CUSTOMERS.

I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND DERRICK ROOI OR HIS BUSINESS BERRY RED CREATIONS. WHAT AN APPAULING BUSINESS ETHICS HE HAS. WOW
