DO NOT BOOK HERE! Camping

We made a reservation with this campsite in April for December. We paid more than half of our cost to the campsite. Anyone who knows, understands that getting a campsite booked after June in the Western Cape is very hard to almost impossible. Berryhill Estate cancelled our booking citing a large corporate / travel agency has booked the entire estate! They are basically kicking out returning PAYING customers for more money! A decent thing to do would be to help us find a new campsite, speak to their contacts in the accommodation industry, however, they left us out in the cold! I will never book with them or recommend anyone to book with them. This is heartbreaking, you dont take a deposit from people and then kick them out! We are now left to find a new place in JULY for a group of 6 adults and 7 kids! Heartbreaking and Terrible Service from Loune the owner!
