deducting money out my bank account without my consent

on 27 October 2023 Easton Berry attorneys deduct R2200.00 out of my Capitec account without prior notice to me and without my consent, this was not a debit order that I can dispute with my bank, when I try to phone them there is just a voice to say that they are sorry for any inconvenience and that I must phone again. How can the deduct money out of my bank account without me giving permission.
