No refund

I purchased a leg brace for R7 999 from Berkowitz Shnier Van Niekerk and paid by EFT within 24 hours and then submitted the invoice to my medical aid. Unfortunately my medical aid paid them instead of refunding me. Initially the agreed in writing to refund but now a month later I have still not been refunded and they are ignoring my emails. I see on africacomplaints.com that there are numerous complaints about this companies ********* behaviour I have no alternative but to approach my attorneys to take legal action.
