Reckless Driving Of company Vehicle on the M3

Today I was almost in a massive accident on the M3 in the western cape on the way back from the CBD. A very bad accident would have been caused by the reckless driving of a guy in a Polo branded with the Berocca Logo Reg number CA 804744. This guy was speeding through traffic and braking erratically endangering the lives of other drivers on the road. If this is a company vehicle he should not be allowed to make use of it at the least, I will be reporting this to authorities as well.
