Disregard of the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT

<p>Bernina 700Dd overlocker used only two times stopped working. Bernina claims the machine motor needs to be replaced!!! This is unacceptable and raises questions of the quality of the product. This is a flagrant disregard of Consumer Protection Act of SA which protects the consumer's right of choice of either a replacement, refund or repair of faulty goods. The store cannot force me to accept a repaired machine less than 14 days of receiving the machine. Machine paid for on the 2nd of November and received on the 4th of November 2016 yet it stopped working today less than 14 days after receiving the machine.<br /> <br /> </p>
