Really bad service and quality

They do not reply on emails when you ask about bad service and quality. Had blinds fixed at Bernie blinds in Vereeniging. Grey blind were replaced with silver. Rope lengths arent even. According to them they did not touch the ropes... How are blindes replaced without touch ropes on venition blinds? On colour they reckon batches of blinds are different. If so, why did they just replace damaged blinds with completely different colour without asking/telling the client first if they would be happy with such a big difference on colour?
