Bernice Samuel hospital

on the 14th of October 2024 we were at the hospital for an emergency. The doctor was very helpful and kept us updated in a very short time, the hospital was very clean! unfortunately the security was extremely rude and acted like we owed them something. There was no toilet paper in the toilets :( and after we left we forgot an id the reception pulled out a draw with +-10 id's not claimed, he didn't show us the photos in the id and just said no id was left at the desk, how would he know how the patient looks like?
