Dishwasher repair

What a joke!!!! I took my dishwasher 6 weeks ago for repairs. I have only received lies from them, no machine. I have to phone daily for updates. They blame Bosch for their lack of performance. Everyday I am being told they will contact me to update me on the progress. Needless to say I haven’t received 1 call from them. At this point I am considering options to take this further as I cannot stand this unprofessional service and assistance.
