Settlement Agreement

<p>Hi</p> <p>I have a serious problem with the lawyer who supposed to represent me on my settlement. I'm really not happy with his service and disrespect, I prefer the house to be sold and he he's busy pushing it to be liquidated, regardless of the minor or not. Instead he said to me "he wasn't around when I chose a partner but I want him to be part of it now - which is true because it's the nature of the business he's involve in. This is the women month and I really hate to be disrespected when I need help. He isn't talking about assets as his focus is on my property and I find it strange because I expect him to protect me as his client. I don't want to proceed with him, he must stop helping me with immediate effect. I will also report this matter to law society as I'm now in need of a lawyer who will represent me.
