Frustrating and timewasting experience
Unfortunate experience with company who didn't diagnose the problem they were caused in to fix, ended up breaking something whilst attempting to fix the error and then when I asked them to replace the part they didn't. One employee also offered to do a job for me behind his boss's back which made me quite uncomfortable. I did bring up these concerns with the company and was ignored. Found a new awesome company and have had no problems since then.

29 Apr 2021, 17:07We replaced the client’s timer, which she claimed was faulty. We returned 3 times at no charge. Each time it was working 100%. She ignored us including our offer to replace her light cover which was already broken (R35 part). Due to her non-payment & refusal to respond to us she was handed over.
