Unreachable

I've bought Berlinger Haus pots. 2 months in one of the pans started peeling, when trying to get hold of Berlinger Haus for help and support, I couldn't get hold of them.

I've tried emailing, sending a message on Facebook messenger as well as tried calling them but to no avail.
