Really bad quality and service from Berlinger Haus SA

Kitted out my kitchen with all Berlinger Haus pots and pans and for the first few times of using them they worked like a charm. However after about a year I noticed the marble coating coming away from the inside and the knives that I own also stripping and loosing the colour. They are now rusting and iv contacted Berlinger Haus SA and was told that I washed them with scotch bright, which if they weren't standing behind me in the kitchen they would never even know what I use to wash my pots with. It's been weeks now since their reply and I'm still waiting. The rust is building up and I have no choice but to wait. Service levels are incredibly bad and so far my experience with their products are even worse.
