No interest in customer care

Berlinger Haus is an established name in cookware with (I believe a reasonably good reputation). So why decide to sell an expensive cordless stick vacuum cleaner with no service or parts backup? Don't get me wrong, it's a good vacuum cleaner but the brush in the motorized head (which costs a few pence) is bound to wear out and once this happens the item becomes next to useless. Maybe if they spent a bit more thought about customers and less time making fancy videos about "going global" they could improve their business significantly.
