Lack of Customer Service

I purchased a set of knives from Takealot as a gift in 2021. I ordered the Berlinger Haus 6-Piece Titanium Coating Knife Set with Hanger - Carbon Pro (from Takealot) and noticed on, 25 July 2023, that the titanium coating was flaking off of the knife.

I sent a complaint to Takealot who referred me to Berlinger Haus directly. I then e-mailed them on *** (the oly e-mail address I could find for them) and have not received any response or feedback at all.

I find this lack of customer service very concerning for a big brand like Berlinger Haus and am extremely disappointment in them.

I would not recommend their products to anyone and will never purchase / use this brand again
