I sent an email to the Berlinger Haus support regarding two pots that were starting to lose their coating at the bottom. I immediately received a reply, asking me for photos and the model number. I couldn't supply the model number, but I did send the photo's and in a matter of days - Mohammad phoned me and told me they will be sending me my two new pots this week.

Excellent service. I would recommend anyone in the market for new cookware, look no further. The service you get with your new pots and pans are priceless.
