Disappointing quality - Red Berlinger Haus Pots

I bought the red pots and the pots are starting to pill off when i wash or wipe them. Iv sent emails and tried to contact the head office in Joburg (South Africa), but the line is always on voicemail. Poor poor quality and customer service. If anyone can please provide me with a contact number or email address, id appreciate it. Ive sent an email to *** and have been trying their number *** and have also sent another email via their "contact us" option through their website.
