Complaint

I bought Berlinger Haus, pots, knives, utensils, stand mixer etc. - A lot of these I bought from takealot where I buy most of my products. One of the pans I bought handles broke straight off, Without me bumping it or dropping it - It just broke! I emailed Berlinger Haus to inform them of the quality of their products, and they automatically assumed I wanted a replacement and reassured me that they cannot take responsibility for takealot's warranty.

Firstly - I take it highly offensive, I can replace a R 2000.00 pan - I have spend much, MUCH more on my kitchen, I just wanted to make you aware and hopefully make your production team aware so that this do not happen in future would I have wished to buy more of your products. Secondly - throwing takealot under the bus like that, is just plain rude and unprofessional - this is a representing company!

I can truly say I am very disappointed in Belinger Haus - I do understand that this is simply an individual responding to complaint queries , but please note, this person represents you, Berlinger Haus ...
