Berlinger haus....no response

I bought a set of pots, pans and knives from berlingerhaus. Spend more than R10 000.

I washed my pots and now in the lid there is water stuck inside the lid and i send them several emails asking for help... no answer.

It feels like they took my money and now when the deal was done they are not interested, this is not how you conduct business.
