Don't stay at Berlin Falls Country Estate

Berlin Falls Country Estate in Mpumalanga is currently not fit for accomodation. I booked three nights stay over the easter weekend, but was left extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. The place wasn't clean, there wasn't electricity and the owner refused to refund my money for the two days that we didn't stay because of the bad state of the room.
