Absolutely horrible customer service

Took extremely long to receive the parts that I ordered. After I made multiple calls they finally got back to me after 2 days.

When I received the parts the shock mountings were different from the picture and information on their website.

They don't read emails and they are extremely slow on their WhatsApp number. When you call them the numbers they provide, works once. Thereafter the numbers don't exist...

I have still not received word as to when the incorrect mountings will be collected and a refund will be given.

I would never recommend Berlin car parts to anyone.
