Very bad service

I placed a order for a car part I need urgently. As my transport is now standing. They say your order takes 3-7 working days before getting delivered and that I asked them Via whatsapp. I then asked if they can tell me if my parcel was sent off yet, they rep**** that I will receive a shipping number once parcel has been sent off keep in mind it has been 5 WORKING days already and my parcel has not been sent of yet because I have not received a shipping number yet. How frustrating. When asking your money back they do not answer you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT WEEKS FOR YOUR PARTS.
