Berlin car parts (no refunds against the law)

I bought a ignition coil there (Baggio brand) for an mk1 golf. The coil didn't even drive 5km and it was dead. My old coil was working but losing spark threw a crack. I ended up glueing the crack close and it's still working a month later. Nothing is wrong with cars electrical. The OEM one works!!! They refuse to refund me. As they say they don't do any refunds on electrical goods. This is against the South African consumer act. Don't buy parts here as Goldwagen has way better brands and warranty.
