We paid a builder Christo van den Berg of Berktec Projects a deposit of R15875 on the 9th of November 2020. He never started the building job. There was always some excuses....First it was the rain then it was a breakdown of his truck and then he had a stroke. We have sent out whatsapps, Emails tried to phone him, the response from a Sharon lady was not much help and she told us that Christo is in hospital and the Lawyer is handeling it they will start to pay money back from Monday the 23rd of November 2020...even ask ....our banking details. We have been sending messages through and I got a response that he passed away.

My husband went to the address on the quote...that address is non existence only complexis there. Is this man really dead or is this another ****.

We have been waiting almost 2 months now for them to pay our deposit back.

We are taking this matter seriously and we want our money back as soon as possible. We keep on hearing from Francois that we will get our money back but still nothing has been done. And now the whatsapp messages is not going through.

And some Pierre guy who is your lawyer still didn't contact us.
