Incomplete solar installation from Bergwest Electrical.

In January 2018 I had a 10kw solar system installed by Bergwest Electrical based in Ballito KZN. I enquired if the distance would be a problem which I was assured it would not be. A couple of weeks after the installation (completely off grid) the batteries started failing. I was assured that the batteries would be taken for testing and then replaced. The first 8 of the 16 were then only collected in September 2018, 8 months down the line, they were found to be faulty and apparently replaced. I have not received them back neither have the other 8 which I have been expected to run off of, been collected to be tested and replaced. The owner then said that due to the hassles and great loss of money having to run my generator every day, he would replace my 16 x 200amp batteries with a lithium battery pack that would more than handle the 10kva system and that he would bring them up and install them as well as put back my one 5kva inverter that had had to be taken in to update and then take down the other 5kva inverter and have that seen to and come and reinstall that one as well. I have literally begged, had to go to an attorney and now to social media to try and resolve this issue but as yet I have still had no response from Bergwest Electrical at all. Promises to phone, promises to come and sort out my system have all amounted to nothing. I want this resolved Bergwest Electrical as per our agreement which you have not upheld. I am now out of pocket to many thousands of rands just in running my generator, now the second one, as the first could not cope with the hours it needed to run. I have an incomplete and ill functioning solar system and it is completely unacceptable.
