Shell bergvliet service station

The shop at Shell Bergvliet service station sells bread with mould on it to customers and refuse to replace the bread when brought under their attention. They handled the matter very unprofessional cause I didn't have the cash receipt. Not what I expected from a reputable station like shell to handle the matter . They could have just check the cameras at 20:39 the previous evening or confirm with the staff member that assisted me. But no, they were no help and made me feel like I stole the bread. Who keeps a slip for a bread.
