Disappointing

It was all smooth sailing, the meet and greet went off well. The day day the wedding came and well i guess once the payment was settled the services changed. They had a new attitude and I felt that they were not willing to go the extra mile to assist even though we were willing to pay for the extra drinks.

They did not bother to check with us during or after the wedding. The next day, the event manager did not bother to find out if we needed anything or any helping.
