Bergstreme: Shocking behaviour by company representative and appalling workmanship by company

Terrible experience, Bergstreme agreed to do a small garden pillar repair (18 May), only sent a quote by whatsapp, never a proper quote, I agreed and gave the go-ahead from the property owner, kept following up and eventually was told the work would be complete by 5 June. Two weeks later with no communication from Bergstreme and no work being done, owner requested aanother contractor and new quote. That was done, owner signed off and payment was made to new contractor. Again, with no communication, Bergstreme then arrived at the property on 18 June, did the work which was appallingly bad, did not cover the scope of work to repair the entire pillar with pics supp****, also, not painted despite original quote including R 1400 for paint! Representative for Bergstreme then sent me a 'NEW' quote, after the sub-standard work had been done, which was OVER double the amount agreed to. The representative then called me and whatssaped me repeatedly, raised his voice, threatened me, called me names and even put the phone down on me. I have emailed Bergstreme with my serious complaint about their representatives shocking treatment of me as well as the appalling standard of workmanship and incomplete scope of work. No response. Following day I sent another message on their Website to voice my displeasure that my serious complaint had not been dealt with. Again, no response. Shocking and appalling experience for me as a client of their company. How do I proceed to get a proper response and some action against their representative and scope of work completed correctly?
