Local clientele not good enough for Bergplaas Resort Stellenbosch

<p>On saturday 10.12.2016 a few local's of Stellenbosch wanted to celebrate our year end at Bergplaas Resort and support our local Business. When we arrived a gentleman and lady greated us , then we where informed that we had to make a booking to enter the previous year we also visted Bergplaas but did not make a booking then the gentle man mention that he can see we from Stellenbosh , a blond ladie come out very unproffesional in the manner in which she spoke and dealt with us , if she speaks to customers this way how does she speak to her staff !! To my conculsion it seems that bussiness if more focused on serving external clientele and not local clientele. I will never support this bussiness again nor will I refer people to use this resort. </p>
