Very bad treatment

In November 2020 I was taken to hospital, I went into a coma, I only have day to day medical insurance plan, the hospital sent me to Bergmann, Ross and Partners for a scan.

I was in ICU for 5 days and when I was discharged from hospital, I was bombarded with telephone calls stating that i owe them money, that was beginning of November 2020.

When I was back at work I made arrangements to start paying them from the end of November 2020.

Then the Credit Controller, Estelle Hendricks, started phoning and harassing me on the phone, demanding more and more money, and I told her my story that I went into a coma, because of stress and she's definitely not helping me with her bad attitude.

I wrote a letter to her senior and haven't since heard from them, she's a heartless, ugly person.
