Liers and *******

I went to Bergman Ross partners at the Intecare Clinic in Glenwood because they are the the only radiologists in the clinic. I had to have x-rays taken of my hand and wrist. When the x-rays were done, I stood in front of the radiologist that took the x-rays and asked her directly to settle the account. I paid IN FULL and left. I received an account from them the next day for an additional R550.80. I phoned and told them that I specifically requested the to settle to account only to be told that they made the mistake and aplogiesed for LYING to me. I paid the additional account via EFT. Fast forward 2 months and I get an email from Theresa from the PRE-legal department (not sure what PRE-legal means), informing me that they will be handing me over to their lawyers for the R550.80 that is outstanding. Now... are these people professional hustlers or just clearly retarded? I was **** to about the account after paying what I was told face to face by their own personnel, and now I am being handed over for paying the account....REALLY???
