Absolutely DISGUSTING!! LACK OF SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP

Absolutely Disgusting workmanship if you can even call it that!!!

A 4 week job took 4 months before we kicked her and the workers that she had picked up from outside CTM and builders out. There were never any building materials there for the guys on site to use causing delay after delay after delay. We ended up having to manage the whole project and try and instruct the workers on what to do (i have no construction background at all)

Paving all had to be pulled up and redone (luckily no screed was even put under the pavers so they were not secure (extras had to be ordered to replace all the badly cut ones, doors had to be replaced due to very inferior quality, door frames are skew, walls had to be pulled down and rebuilt on numerous occasions. Plaster was used to fill skew walls too. Plumbing was not completed, gas work was not completed, roof tiles were all cracked and then she tried to replace them with a different face so they didn't fit properly and have to be replaced. Tiling was skew and uneven that it had to be uplifted and relayed (had to buy new tiles).

We had her suppliers knocking at our door demanding to see her as she hadn't paid them (she was never there), her workers changed regularly as she wasn't paying them either.

We were originally told that she had a Building license and certificate we were told that she was registered. After we asked her to leave we found out that she is not registered with the building association as her certificate had expired.

Please beware as she is a *****. She kept asking for top ups so she could order all the stipulated items so we ended up paying the full amount of the quote but half of the work and items were not completed or supp****. She has refused to give us any money back at all.

If you would like the most stressful build ever please hire Berge construction. Rather stay very far away if you would like to remain sane.
