worst agency there is

<p>We moved to joburg about 2 months ago and rented a flat with bergentash properties. since the day we paid the deposit they have been theee worst in every aspects there is. Our shower leaked and its about 2 months that we are waiting forvit to be fixed. our door has a faulty lock and so the key broke of in it. We couldnt get into our flat and they refused to assit or sent maintenance. we were responsible for the full amount for the locksmith while ive asked them to fixed the door. the tiolet was loose as the time we moved in and it took one month to get a response from them to fix it. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
