Deduction for painting

<p>Bergentash deducted R2800.00 off my deposit to paint my tiny 2 bedroom flat when I left. No communication, request or authority whtsoever. On advising Natasha that, had I been advised to paint I could have done it myself for R600.00 She advised me it was tough luck and I must live with no refund or compensation. R2800.00 invoced by Skyfall ( a sister company ) for a job that should have cost R600.00 This has left a bad taste in my mouth and out of pocket. Beware tenants who are with Bergentash properties and leave no stone un-turned, you will lose your money.</p> <p>Tony Hunter</p> <p>15 Portobello.</p>
