Bergen's Appliance Repair and Spares, Port Elizabeth.

We are referring to the Port Elizabeth franchise here. We took an ice making machine to them at the end of December 2024. By the end of April 2025, we'd returned it 8 or 9 times. In the end it was performing no better than when we took it them initially. They charged more to "repair" the machine than it originally cost. They returned it with parts missing. We contacted the owner with our concerns and got very little satisfaction. We have now written off the cost to experience and dumped the machine. There was never an attempt at an apology, and we will certainly not use them again.
