WORST service delivery nightmare!
Horrible experience. I had to take leave from work to accommodate the technician for assessment only for him to be a NO SHOW. Then we rescheduled for the next day when I took leave AGAIN for the technician to be over an hour late due to the admin messing up the scheduling.
They have no regard or respect for clients time. Absolutely disgusting service.

30 Nov 2022, 16:32To top it off after seeing this review the same lady who messed up the scheduling had the audacity to tell me that listening goes a long way when she admitted to her scheduling error. Absolutely FOUL service.
