Week 3, and my washing machine is still not back!

Called Bergen's for repairs needed on my washing machine. They collected promptly and assessed the machine. I got a quote the next day of close to R3000 to repair. I declined and asked them to return my machine. We are heading onto week 3 and my machine has not been returned. week 1: No available drivers week 2: No communication week 3: 1 st Call, they made arrangement to deliver on the wednesday. The guy didnt arrive. week 3: 2nd Call, after hearing nothing, I called on friday and they can't find my information because I didnt have a reference, even though my mobile was sufficient to get my details 3 days before.

This seems like a huge ****! Would personally not advise using this service.
