Voided geyser warranty through faulty workmanship

<p>Mark Blamire installed our solar system. 3 years later our geyser needed replacing. But its 10 year guarantee was voided due to an incorrect installation. After getting the run around about the facts I found out that they are not members of the plumbers institute nor the solar association, as they claim. I am left with unsafe water, a problematic geyser, and a hefty bill with them ducking ownership of the problem.</p> <p>I would be keen to hear if others have had a similar problem so that together we can explore options. **********
